2. Extended Rental

• Additional days: $10/day (subject to availability)

• Weekly rate: 20% off total for rentals 7+ days.

3. Security Deposit

• A fully refundable deposit is required for all rentals:

  • Hats: $50

  • Bows: $25

• Deposit is returned within 48 hours after the item is received back in good condition.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Nationwide Shipping: $15–$25 depending on location.

• Local Pick-Up (Marland area): Complimentary.

• All rentals include return shipping label for your convenience.

5. Booking Process

1. Browse our Rental Collection Gallery to select your desired piece.

2. Submit the Booking Request Form with your event date and item choice.

3. Confirm availability and secure your rental with payment and deposit.

4. Receive your accessory 1–3 days before your event.

5. Return using our prepaid label or in-person drop-off.

6. Styling Support

We offer complimentary 15-minute styling consultations via email or Zoom for all rental clients.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancel 14+ days before your rental start date: Full refund.

• Cancel 7–13 days before: 50% refund.

• Cancel less than 7 days before: No refund (credit may be issued at our discretion).
