We want your experience with Imperial Lola to be as seamless and elegant as our pieces. Please review our policies before booking.

Rental Period

  • Standard rental period is 4 days (including delivery and return days).

  • Extended rentals are available upon request for an additional fee.

Pricing & Deposits

  • A refundable security deposit is required at booking to cover potential damages.

  • Rental rates vary per piece—see our Pricing & Booking Info section.

Care & Handling

  • All items must be handled with care and stored in their original packaging when not in use.

  • Avoid exposing items to water, perfumes, hairspray, or other products that may cause damage.

Returns

  • Items must be shipped back on or before the agreed return date using the provided packaging and label.

  • Late returns will incur a daily late fee.

Damage or Loss

  • Minor wear is expected, but significant damage, loss, or alteration of the item will result in repair or replacement charges.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before rental start date receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future rental.

Q: Can I try the item before renting?
A: Yes! We offer in-person fittings by appointment. Virtual styling consultations are also available.

Q: Do you ship rentals?
A: Yes, we ship across the U.S. (Shipping fees apply.)

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks before your event to secure your desired piece.

Q: Can I style the hat or bow with pins or accessories?
A: You may use bobby pins or hair grips as long as they do not puncture or damage the piece.
